Return Policy

Our return policy ensures a seamless experience for customers purchasing usedcameragear.com. Please review the following conditions regarding returns and exchanges:

  1. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding any shipping charges. For items that qualified for free shipping, our standard shipping rates will be deducted from the refund or credit.
  2. NEW items must be returned in perfect, brand new condition, in the manufacturer's original, undamaged, and unopened box. All original packing materials, accessories, and unused warranty cards (and rebate forms if applicable) must also be included. Failure to return NEW items in these conditions will result in a minimum 15% Restocking Fee.
  3. USED items (classified as Like New-, Excellent+, Excellent, Poor, or Ugly) must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped.
  4. Items not meeting the above conditions may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

The following products cannot be returned:

  • As-Is items.
  • Drones.
  • Film and other photo-sensitized products.
  • Returns cannot be accepted if the gear has been tampered with by any 3rd party.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. Import/export taxes and fees associated with international orders are also the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Defective or mis-shipped (incorrect item sold, inaccurate item description, or incorrect title) returns will receive a pre-paid ground shipping label to return the item to UsedCameraGear. However, if the item is determined to be in working order upon inspection, the pre-paid shipping cost will be deducted from the credited amount. Please notify us immediately, as return shipping charges will only be covered if we have been informed prior to the return.

Customers with a high return rate of working merchandise may be subject to incremental restocking fees or other further action.

We recommend using your own trackable and insured shipping method. Returns and exchanges must be returned pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. UsedCameraGear is not responsible for lost returns.
